Ta Wan will always be packed by businessmen and families at that time. Ta Wan has a modern minimalist interior design with a zen of oriental decoration. Dining area is divided into two parts, main dining area in the inside and outside kind of al fresco like atmosphere area for visitors who want to smoke.

What an incomplete dining experience if not trying its well-known porridge menu from Ta Wan. The porridges for me are very affordable with a very sizable portion for 2 to 3 people. Usually porridge will more tasty and crunchy with Fried Enoki Mushroom. In addition for snacking to boost your appetite or eat them with a bowl of rice, this fried enoki can be sprinkled on porridge. Try it to give a crunchy sensation in your mouth.

Beside its famous porridge, try their a la carte menu that may give a drooling to your mouth as well. For seafood lovers, a plate of Udang Telur Asin (Shrimped with Salted Egg) and Cumi Goreng Lada Hitam (Fried Calamari with Black Pepper) are really good enough to eat abuzz.
