My Name is G. Kabilen. Father of Shams Raditya . My Son is the one of Mr Rudy patient. Actually we have to meet DR Rudy for the regular injection by yesterday, May 1st - 2013. Due to May Day issue, we decided to come today after our re-registration with your administration section was confirmed that DR Rudy will available today. Unfortunately, after our long jorney and arrived as per the time scheduled by your administration section, we got the information that DR Rudy is not available and the worst she simply suggested us to meet another docter. This kind of attitude and practice are really disappointing us as a patient. And for your note, same unproper information by unqulified person at your administration section was happen earlier with the same condition which we have to face. Please do your audit on your administration section and other as it's required in order to emphasize that JWCC is hiring the poeple who is capable, polite and qualified enough to give their correct and valid information furthermore their attitude to fulfill the standard requirement. And this kind of improper service is not occur again and again. This is for your information and atention.
