Ordered via drive-thru. Staff was very IMPATIENT. Kept asking what we wanna order. Can't he give customers a minute to make a decision??? Never ask if we wanna upsize the meal or not. Obviously not doing the company good. What if customers felt like upsizing but decided to let it pass or have completely forgotten about it???
The bread of the burger was SOFT. It shud be FRIED CRISP. Size of burger had SHRUNK to such a SMALL size recently.
Taste of black pepper NOT SPICY at all. It used to be tastier the last time I ordered.
