very bad quality of service

Good quality of food. Good brand but very very very bad of service. Last night ( 1 jul'14 ) i had dinner at sushi hana manyar and the quality of service was very bad. We ordered all the food the be made cooked but they served raw. Not even 1 of the staff came to ask about refill the ocha, not even standby and they just stand next to cashier and talk each other. We had difficulty to call the staff until we waited for the bill and they still not coming. And we gave clue for them to see our table by hit the plate with very loud sound but they not even see or care about it. We try to walk out to see if they notice about the bill and they call us and said the cashier is here. And when we said to them why we walked out because no one incharge but they not even say sorry and not feel guilty about it. This is very very very bad quality of service with a good brand of sushi hana and with high price as a class or the brand. To the owner of sushi hana manyar please pay attention of the quality of service and your staff. Thanks
