On the second day of our stay they packed our stuff while we were out and said we had to leave because some other people booked our room! the manager wasnt even able to get a point and call us on mobile even they had our number!!! So we wanted to talk with the manager who seemed to be avoiding us but he was always out (because he understood it was his fault and disability to actually manage the situation), so we called him on the phone. He shouted at us and said it was our fault because he thought we were gonna stay for 2 days and no more! no apologies for inconvenience, only rude shouting! and he said that if we don't pay he will call a police. It was the first time when I met such a rude and arrogant way to treat clients in Indonesia.Even in the most cheapest places the staff is usually very polite and do everything to soothe the situation. Guys, my advice, if you don't want to spoil your holiday, don't go there, because even the facilities are nice, but nothing can fix such treatment.
